I am almost 4 years with my pouch. It has not always been great but it's is good. Until about 4 months ago. I am have great amounts of cramping pain with major urgency. It lasts a few minutes to a few hours and goes away. It's like, ladies, a massive uti but in the back end! TMI I know. With that is also increased nighttime leakage and yellow, like sunny yellow crayon yellow. I have no gall bladder. I know this is slot but I am about 2 hours from my doctor. Need to see if this is serious or just wait and see.

This could be pouchitis, which is (usually) easily treated with a course of antibiotics. Have you had pouchitis before?
I have never had pouchitis that I know was that!
Yes, I'd call my doc for a course of Flagyl or Cipro. Sounds exactly like pouchitis to me. If your GI is far away, he can place an order based on symptoms. If it does not work, you need to be see in person.
How long since your last scope? My GI does not scope me every time I have symptoms, but I get scoped every 12-18 months.
