Since you are so recently out of surgery, I think you should go see your surgeon. It could be something that needs to be dealt with. Hopefully its nothing, but I really think you need to get it checked out sooner than later.

Sounds much like the Bartholin cyst I had. Much relief when it was lanced and treated. I'm hoping you have an easy fix. Best wishes!

Hi Danielle, I'm unfortunately dealing with something similar right now and having an EUA tomorrow. Just wondering, were you given a reason as to why the fistula developed in the first place??? Did your doctors ever mention Crohns?

nope never gave me a reason why it developed but my np at first mentioned the c word as we call it but Dr. Remzi told my parents that there was no sign of the c word! thank god. hopefully it stays like that.
