Will takedown be easier the 2nd time around?

Hi All,
I opted to be diverted due to a fistula repair at the end of April and am going in for my takedown in July. Will it be easier this time? I have been diverted for approx. 12 weeks. My surgeon said my pouch would have to "relearn" some function, but that it shouldn't be too bad. Before the fistula dx my pouch functioned beautifully for 10 years.

Has anyone else gone through this multiple times, and if so, what was the experience like?
