Which dilator would be best?

Which dilator would be best to minimize bleeding? They're both 18mm. The round tipped one centers itself better but I'm wondering if the tapered hegar might go in easier if I figure out how to center it better.

I would think the metal one would be better, as it has a more tapered tip.
