Much to my surprise, my provincial government has approved funding for a consult with Dr. Bo Shen at the Cleveland Clinic and potentially an endoscopic procedure he is using to close fistulas.
I am wondering if people can recommend an inexpensive place to stay near to the clinic. Also, has anyone had this particular type of fistula closure procedure? It appears they have not done many but of those completed, most are successful. I would love to hear some first hand experience on both the procedure and attending this clinic.
