So I was told I am having my first bout of pouchitis and am on a 14 day cipro cycle. I began this last Wednesday, on Friday I began having upper abdominal pain that radiates to my back. It seems to come on after eating/drinking. My doctor suggested gastritis but is also running labs and an ultrasound to rule other issues out. Now I don't want to eat at all and since I caved today for lunch I am in misery now. Anyone else experience something like this?
