Hi. I am finishing up a 10 day regimen of Biaxin prescribed for pouchitis. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the relationship of Phentermine (weight loss med) to pouchitis. I was taking phentermine for weight loss and then pouchitis appeared. Do you think phentermine contributed to the pouchitis? I was taking it for almost 2 months before the flare. Now I'm afraid to take it again. Any thoughts?
