Are you looking to put on muscle or just weight period? If your talking muscle definitely protein, you can do supplements like powders bars or you can go traditional foods tuna, turkey, chicken, etc... And of course along with that comes weight lifting... Have you ever weight lifted before?
No not really muscle just weight in general
Protein shakes. I think there are some really high calorie ones out there. Also, don't forget about condiments (olive oil, coconut oil, etc.). Those can add some significant calories without much bulk. Whole fat milk if you can stand it. Nuts as well...high calorie, good fats, tiny packages.
I think A good diet is very much beneficial to get weight. SO for proper diet you can consult with the Dr. Because each person have unique metabolism. Concentrate on good diet and avoid fast food and smoking.
I think at 15 you should not be trying to gain weight, let it come naturally.
Yeah, before you are done growing, it may be difficult to do. Even without the surgery, it might be an issue. But, basically, eat when hungry. Focus on high quality foods (not empty calories). Also, be sure to get plenty of exercise, because activity improves appetite and tissue growth.
Try not to worry too much about it though, because it is common for kids to get skinny in their teens. Once you are 30-40 you'll laugh about it!

I know some of you said I will put it on naturally. But I want to put on weight quick because it is quite annoying that all of my friends are so much bigger than me
Putting on weight "quick" is probably going to be an exercise in futility. You will put on pounds, but it may not show, because you are growing. You also cannot force yourself to grow taller. We do understand, as we all have been teenagers too, and know what it is like to be that skinny, awkward kid, while it seems that everyone else is some sort of awesome model look-alike! Doesn't help when those kids call you shrimp and weakling, and similar things. Truth is, there are lots of skinny kids like you. If you could see the future, those big guys probably would be fat and bald, and YOU would be the buff dude. But, you have to live in the now, so it is frustrating.
All I can say is to try to be as healthy and strong as you are able, and look to the future. You'll see, come college, things will be very different.

My hubby is 6ft tall and weights 165lbs...the most ever...when I met him over 20 yrs ago he weighted 150 for 6ft...looked like an asperagus with a mustache...most of his life he was skinny...5ft nothing til around 16 then he hit 6ft without putting on an once...
Some people are just built that way...I told him that he had a swimmer's body and it is true...you need to take up a sport that matches your body and works it properly...you are thin and 'racey' so swimming, tennis (or any racket sport) or gymnastics...you have the perfect body for them...eat according to your appetite, health and stature...the weight will come to you on its own...health first then weight.
By the way, I know a lot of guys who would envy you

Try the Ensure version with the extra calories. They are 350 cals in one shake. It's a good amount of calories, but doesn't fill you up so you can still eat food with it too. I'm drinking them right now to put some weight back on after being in the hospital without food for 5 days.
I have a problem gaining weight myself! I am 6ft and only weigh 135. Before I got diagnosed with UC a few years ago my natural weight was 165. Lately I have been trying to gain weight but its hard because a lot of foods that lifters eat don't sit real well with me such as nuts and fatty cuts of meat. I did read an article about people known as hard gainers and I think I fall into this category and it may help you also. Many people can get by on 2500 calories a but hard gainers need much more just because it's the way their body and metabolism work I suppose. For a week straight I ate at least 5000 calories a day. And I was actually able to gain 5 pounds that week. Concentrate on things like hard boiled eggs and peanut butter/yogurt/banana smoothies. I also eat a lot of fish and chicken. I use olive oil to cook with and eat a lot of wild game that is protein packed! I feel like I have to eat twice as much as a healthy coloned person to gain the same amount of weight but it is working. I also do a simple workout with dumbbells, resistance bands, and of course push-ups and sit-ups. I am an avid hunter so I get my cardio in hiking and doing things in the outdoors. .... I do notice that if I stop any of this for a week or two the weight drops off rapidly so
It does take discipline and I sometimes force myself to eat a snack even when I'm not feeling hungry. Hope some of this helps for you! I know how tough it is when it your body just refuses to put on weight.
