My son was just put on VSL3 - does anybody have any suggestions on how to mix it so it isn't so lumpy? We have tried hand mixer, stirring, putting it in before and after liquid and it still is lumpy

It mixes easily with kefir, yogurt, applesauce or other similar food. It doesn't mix as easily with water or thin juices.

It does well in milk. My favorite is in a milkshake with chocolate ice cream and milk . It also seems to mix well into chocolate pudding and somewhat into applesauce. Lots of milk products I know--won't work if he's not tolerant of milk! This product is actually working for me after years of pouchitis!
