VSL#3 Situation, EU/UK

After doing some reading, it would appear there was a load of controversy and legal issues with the formula, and from what I can gather, Visibiome is the original formula.

This seems to not be readily available outside of USA and Canada, so I wonder what is the best course of action?

Has the later mix of VSL been peer reviewed again? I saw one shop in the UK selling capsules of Visibiome for something stupid like nearly £100 for 60 capsules, which comes across as total profiteering to me.
