VSL 3 side effects lightheadedness

I've been taking VSL 3 for a week and after this mornings dose I became very light headed. Has anyone else had this when starting VSL 3? I am taking one packet daily 450 billion prescribed by my surgeon.

This would be a very unusual side effect from VSL. I’d suggest looking pretty hard at other possible causes, perhaps a bit of dehydration, which is pretty common with J-pouches.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your response. I think I may be having some anxiety, which would cause lightheadedness. I am battling pouchitis right now and some stress.

I'm super hopeful that VSL 3 (along with antibiotic) will resolve the pouchitis and help with my digestive issues.

I believe you are the one that recommended this. Thank you!!
