Hi
Has anyone taken VSL 3 for keeping pouchitis in remission and had a high success rate? I've been doing a lot of research and it sounds like this stuff works. Please let me know!

I use VSL #3 DS. It took a few weeks for it to start working. For me, the combination of a very good liquid vitamin/mineral supplement combined with the VSL made a huge difference in my health and stamina. I have been using it for ten months.

I have been taking VSL#3 DS also basically since takedown. I too feel it works. I have had a few "flares" here and there but never been diagnosed with pouchitis. Usually take a round of antibiotics and all is well again.
