I'm sorry. I've never heard of this before. Are you taking a high quality form of calcium that is easily absorbed? Maybe you could try taking your calcium with magnesium and zinc. Mag and Zinc help your body process the calcium more easily. Also, here is an article that I found from Harvard's website:
Acid rebound - Calcium carbonate may cause acid rebound: the stomach overcompensates for the high dose of calcium carbonate, which is alkaline, by churning out more acid. For that reason, people with a history of stomach ulcers are advised that they may not tolerate it and may have to switch to calcium citrate. This "acid rebound" might be why you are experiencing the burning. Here is the site where I got that information:
http://www.health.harvard.edu/...ow_about_calcium.htmAs for the Vitamin D, make sur you are taking vitamin D3 instead of D2. Make sure you are taking it in the powdered form in lower doses. Try taking it with some Omega 3 fats. As fish oil can sometimes upset your stomach, I would recommend Virgin Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. I hope this helps.
COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS: You can also get plenty of Vitamin D from 15 to 20 minutes a day in the sun. Also, try taking your vitamins with food. And don't take them early in the morning when your acid production is high.
