Hi Kelsey,
I take a lot of vitamins the only liquid one that I take is omega-3. I'm just wondering why you were told that pills will not absorb?
I take: Iron, Biotin, Calicum and Vitamin D, Folic acid. I also eat vitamin enriched cereal as well
I take iron, vitamin D, vitamin b12, and an aspirin. None are in liquid form…

Be careful with that Asprin Ryan. Asprin can cause pouchitis and irritation. Are you noticing any blood in the stool???

No blood in stool…my doctor wants me to take on the daily for blood clots. I just doing what he wants.

I understand, just take it with a meal and you should be fine
I try to get all my vitamins in gummy form, that way there's no worry about pills dissolving! I take Calcium+D, multi-vitamin and C - all in chewy form. I also take Fish oil and Biotin - both are liquid capsules. I'm also on Dr. prescribed Potassium right now (and that's in capsule form). I personally try to only take meds that will dissolve and/or absorb in the stomach. My system runs pretty fast, so I can't count on much getting absorbed - except for extra calories 🤣.
I take my necessary supplements in ordinary form. B-12 tablets, D3 gel-caps, B-1 tablets, and fish oil gel-caps. These are all recommended by my PMD based on diagnosed deficiencies. These have been fine, as proven by follow up blood test monitoring.
I used to take multivitamins, but studies show they are not useful. A varied diet is best.
