Did anyone have a flare following Covid or flu vaccinations? I had one of them right after my Covid booster and then my flu shot. Coincidence?

I had no reaction except a sore arm. The vaccines do activate the immune system, so if you’re prone to inflammation you might experience that. The actual illness gets a lot more “exciting” than that, though, so you’re much better off with vaccination.
I actually get a flu booster every year - one flu shot In august and another in January. The flu knocks me out for weeks so this is the best defense plus I work in a hospital
Believe me, I am not against vaccinations. I just wondered if anyone had had a similar experience. Haven’t been to see my surgeon for three years so I made an appointment. Will ask him about it too. I am sure it was probably an inflammatory response. Went away after 8 hours with no medication.
No reaction to the vaccine or booster for me except feeling groggy for a day or so after the first shot. I had Covid two weeks before Christmas and it wreaked havoc on my GI tract. I had a routine checkup with my surgeon last week and when I told him this he wasn't surprised to hear it. He said GI symptoms with Covid can be terrible on those without a colon. It's been about a week since I've gotten back to somewhat normal.
NO REACTION
I also wonder if three covid-vaccination during the last 6 monthes has caused my pouchitis to be quite difficult to treat? It appears the vaccine cause disruption of gut microbiota, according to resent Chinese studies. Could it explain why tradtional rotating antibiotica no longer has the same effect?
I have found no recent studies about this but studies take time to publish and this happens now!
Just had my Covid booster shot yesterday (Pfizer, shot #4). I have not observed anything unusual after any of my shots except a sore arm.
