upper back pain?

the last couple of days i have had bad back pain mostly in the upper left part of my back.

I have had an ileostomy since Nov 2015 but i still have a jpouch that is disconnected. Would anyone think that this could be connected to my pouch or would the pain usually be lower down? Thanks

I'd think pouch pain would be in the pelvic areas

I agree. If it persists, you should see your primary MD to sort this out. It could possible be pouch related, but that would not be my first thought.
