When he did the scope, he said I had a narrowing and that would need dilated. I have definitely had urgency, accidents, no blood but hard times. Seemed to cool down when I bought a hemmoroid pillow so I was not symptomatic when they did the scope. Sounds like the results are "normal", meaning a common thing for us jpouchers. I've been on an antibiotic and steroid for 1 week for bronchitis so maybe that is also the solution for this? I just had no idea what it all meant....got late last night into my portal.

With urgency and accidents this is very likely pouchitis. The bronchitis treatment might or might not put a dent in pouchitis, depending on the antibiotic. Make sure to mention the current medications when you discuss next steps with your doctor. Pouchitis is pretty common, but the narrowing might mean that it’s been untreated for an extended period.

That makes total sense bc I do think I've tolerated my issues for a super long time.....but they have seemed to come and go so I ruled out anything needing a doctor. I'm sure I'll hear from the doctor next week with next steps. Just didn't understand what the results meant....like common or uncommon so THANK YOU for putting my mind at ease.
