Ulcers in my pouch?

Hello.
I’ve been suffering from abdominal pains and fever ever once in a while and going to the restroom.

I started having watery stools (no leaking though) and abdominal pains about 2 weeks ago so I started on flagyl but things seem to be getting worse so I stopped flagyl from yesterday morning and I’m glad I did. However, I get abdominal pains when I need to go to the restroom and my bm ...it’s like I don’t even need to strain or anything. Once I’m on the toilet only a little comes out. Sometimes just watery.

Once I use the restroom the pain goes away. also, it seems I get a fever which then goes down a few hours later.

im asking on here because I have to wait another two days to actually see my surgeon. any feedback would be appreciated.
