Twisted J-Pouch

I was told my J-Pouch was twisted. (The take down surgery was September 2016.) Had been having incredible pain, almost like labor pains coming and going. Hard time emptying my pouch through the day, with a complete release of everything in the middle of the night while I sleep. I am scheduled to have surgery December 27th, but now am wondering at the wisdom. Haven't had any pain in the last two weeks, although the incontinence has still been horrible.

It is a huge surgery. I may lose my uterus. I will have an ostomy bag again, with a second take down surgery later on. I'm scared and having second thoughts.

I wonder, is it possible for the pouch to untwist on it's own?

I also had a twisted j- pouch. It did feel like labor pains. I was so sick and uncomfortable. It took a while for them to figure out what was going on. I thought I was going to die, literally.
