We were in Sardinia this past week (DH had conference) and I spent quite a bit of time chatting with a colleague whose mother is battling UC and another colleague with mild UC and diverticulitis. We decided that we really need a travel site/manual for those of us who need bathrooms regularly. It really can be quite tricky!

Plus a list of handy take-along toilet items; mine grows continuously.

So, FYI: public beaches in Sardinia do not have bathrooms. Royal pain in the hiney, literally! And the hole-in-the-floor toilet thing doesn't work so well for me, either. Yikes!
