Manchester,
You are not menopausal by some chance??? (sorry, just joking...)
Well it could be anything from dehydration (do not wait to become thirsty to drink...by then it is too late...you need to keep both your water and mineral levels up to not 'wilt' from exhaustion.)to iron levels like Marianne said and 100 other causes...Do you snore at night? Have sleep apnea (guys tend to get it more than girls for some reason but it disturbs the sleep cycle and makes you exhausted), infection can be a cause too...an underlying infection that is simmering but not obvious can be a major factor for exhaustion...If there is no pain, no fever and no other symptoms then you need to have blood work done to check out the underlying possible causes...I was permanantely exhausted when I had a staff infection that just would not quit...it took a lot of time and antibiotics to get rid of it and get my energy back...
For now, keep up the healthy eating, fruits and veggies, juices and liquids and call your doc.
Sharon
