the medication Linzess (inaclotide) capsules, 290 mcg

Hi J-Pouch friends (J-Pouch since 2003), I haven't been on here for a long time.

Has any of you J-pouch friends used Linzess? My family doctor gave me samples to try - hoping to help avoid blockages. But it's designed to work in the colon. My G.I. practitioner said 'well, give it a try. Maybe.'

I told her I was going to ask my J-pouch friends about it.

I am wondering the same thing. I was given the Linzess 72mcg. I have not tried it.
