The Antibiotic Carousel – What works for you?

Hi All

I’m looking for antibiotic recommendations for pouchitis. I’ve been on daily maintenance for many years. Flagyl worked for years, then stopped. Cipro worked for years, then stopped. Augmentin most recently gave me several wonderful years but is sadly also coming to an end. I’ve tried cycling back to cipro and flagyl to no avail. I’ve also tried xifaxan but it was never effective.

So, what works for you? Anything not in the above left? Has anyone had luck being on combinations?
