Tenderness near incision

For the past several months I have been experiencing tenderness and some pain in between the old stoma incision and the main incision down the belly. There is some firmness in the area even after having emptied the pouch. I asked my surgeon about the pain but he didn't seem to be that concerned. But I am kind of concerned and was wondering if anyone else has had similar pain or tenderness and what they did to solve the problem.

I'm not on any meds right now, but I haven't been feeling that well for a few months, my frequency hasn't been too bad but my stool is very loose.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have the same sensation at my stoma site and its usually if I'm pushing hard to get waste out but I definitely have that same feeling in that area.
