Hello friends, have you had good results with una de gato tea or other healing teas? I want to try it since it's supposed to be helpful for stomach ulcers and belly issues. I would love to have some feedback.
When I was at the grocery store last night, cat's claw tea caught my eye for some reason. I have never tried it and would love to hear what others say. I have tried licorice and fennel tea and they are somewhat soothing. The effect is mild. Aloe juice is great. I'd love to be able to soak in it. Inside and out.
I like the taste of this tea, although it's strong and slightly bitter.
I think it's very difficult to make solid and reliable empirical judgments on what is a good anti-inflammatory tea. At best, it's a long term proposition. My own belief is that consuming it is only going to help.
I find Peppermint tea soothing. Also, Lemon and ginger is good if I feel a bit nauseous. I'll try your suggestions thanks. Teas are mild and not likely to cause any problems.
Thank you all for the feedback and suggestions; I will try them. I will also try uña de gato (cat's claw) tea, and I will let you know how it goes. Have a great and healthy week friends!
I really like coconut ginger tea. The coconut softens the spicy taste a bit. Lemonlily.ca has some nice ones…it’s loose leaf so you can adjust the strength
They have a lot of 25% off sales maybe every couple months too ..
