Well tommorow at 8:30 I'll be checking in for my final surgery! ( hopefully). I have my A&D ointment and some baby wipes and video games. Anything else I may need to stay comfortable?

Hope it went well. Be prepared the pouch likes to first wake up at night.
It went well... I'm still pretty groggy from the anesthesia and in loads of pain at the old ostomy site. It's strang because with the first step I didn't have much pain at all. Now I find myself holding my breath subconsciously cause I'm so sore. No BMs yet but I have not drank or eaten anything either.
glad you came thru this ok. Had my takedown on April 18th. Am back to work and doing fairly well. Make sure you don't use their hard TP!! Have the soft stuff ready and use a rinse bottle if you need to so the output doesn't stay on your tush too long and cause discomfort. Keep us posted on your recovery.
