suggestions for rv fistula

I have an rv fistula and now have a new diagnosis of crohns. So they don't want to go in and do a repair. I am going to start humira as soon as possible with hopes that it will heal the fistula and keep the crohns in check. However I was wondering for those of you ladies who have had a r/v fistula what are things you have done to deal with it. Any suggestions for quick healing, keeping clean, stop irritation.
