Hi my names Scott I'm 27 and I had my reversal on the 19/12/2013. My bowel movement haven't been the best since, I go about 10 times in the day and 6 at night. I've been dealing with it quite well and getting by in my own way until recently where I'm going about the same amount of times but now the feeling to go comes on so strong I have to drop everything and stop myself from going. ones the feeling gone I go to the toilet but nothing comes out or very little but still get the feeling to push. Once I've thought that is it I go back to doing what I was doing but all of a sudden I need to go again and I can't control it because it comes on so strong. No blood and stool varies from day to day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and sorry it was so long winded, find it hard to put it into words.. Scott

Sounds like you could have a stricture. Have you had a follow-up appointment with your surgeon? If not, you should probably get checked out.
One thing that can happen is your stool becomes impacted in your pouch. Have you noticed you often times have very watery stool? If so, it may be that your stool is impacted but the fluid is somehow able to get around all the other stuff. Could be a reason you still feel you need to go. And, why it's difficult to go in the first place.
