I'm sure that this topic has been discussed many times, but wondering how one stops stress before it hits the pouch (am I making sense)?
For the past number of months I have been dealing with excruciating pains and gas. I noticed this morning that I was extremely stressed and took even took a tranquilizer to calm my self down, something that I don't usually do. I was talking to someone and the conversation got a bit heated on my end only, and I became very stressed. Immediately, my stomach started to rumble, the pains went shooting through and I could feel a bit of liquid stool being released since I couldn't hold it back because it was so painful.
Has anyone had this happen to them, and if so, how have you stopped it? This is all new to me and has only happened over the past few months so it's something that I don't know how to control.
I just don't know what to do anymore and am getting am getting very nervous about it. My life seems to be centered around my stomach and I don't want it to be that way. I'm almost embarrassed posting this with everyone else's major problems. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. If tranquilizers aren't helping, what would, a lobotomy?
