I have 3 stones that were found when I had a scan for another issue. My doctor who is extremely experienced in Kpouches said if they are not bothering me I should not worry about them. I found small pieces stuck in my tube before I knew I had them. They were like little rocks except I broke them with my fingers and the insides seemed like they were made of compressed powder. I wonder how they are created?

I'd love to know what they are and where they come from...could they be remnants of some undigested pills or mineral accumulations from foods we eat? Bile? Very strange.
If you ever find out, please let us know. By the way, have they grown or do they stay the same size?

My stones were sent to the lab and were 90% calcium. but drs said no evidence to suggest dietary changes would prevent them from happening, and I have to take calcium (I eat the chocolate chews) because of osteopenia....
For some people they are pills though. I had heard that before though so all my vitamins are chewables just in case!
