stomach tenderness and anal itch

Hello everyone! A few questions for you. I had my take down almost 3 months ago. I currently has cuffitis and using canasa, not getting any relief been on it for about 3 weeks. Did get some relief at first but the blood is back. I've been having tenderness/soreness in my abdomen area and right above my pubic bone. I'm also dealing with constant anal pressure and anal itch. I've also notice I've had an increase in gas and when I have BM it smells horrible. No increase in BM's.
any suggestions/ideas/comments would be greatly appreciated. Some days I feel like the bag was much better. HELP
