Stoma Site "Baby Bump"

As I recall, it took about a year for my abdomen to look normal.

It's been four years and my belly is not normal looking. It's a bit lopsided and sticks out...especially after a meal. And I'm slim so it's really weird looking. It is what it is though. I'm in my 40's so my bikini days are over anyway!

Im only 19 and my belly sticks out like I am pregnant, especially after meals. I am also really slim so it looks ridiculous sometimes

Its been 35 yrs since my k pouch creation...still waiting for my tummy to look normal...But then again, I am an optimist.

My takedown was about a year and a half ago and my belly looks normal now. I remember having a raised area around my old stoma site for a month or two. It might have been longer but it's definitely gone now.

Eleven months past surgery and I have a gnarly looking belly too. I am skinny and it looks weird. Bumpy. I don't exercise and am not sure if it would help anyways. I do miss my smooth belly though. It is what it is. Being 58 I am not too worried about it. I don't think now it will ever smooth out more than it is. Too lazy to exercise to see if it will.... Hahaha.
