Has anyone noticed when their pouch gets full and their valve tightens up and it will be more difficult to enter that their stoma will recede and decome smaller?

Yup, Kind of like it is pulling in on itself and sinking a bit...sometimes I think that it is dehydration others that it is just dried out from lack of lube...I guess that it is just the way it is.
Try to intubate a bit more often so that it does not overfill.
