George for the last 34yrs...someone suggestion re-naming him Georgette but I have never met a girl who was as much of a pain in the _ss...so it remains George.
It makes it so much easier to talk about 'him' in public with my friends and family. 'George isn't feeling well, George needs the bathroom, George is upset today....), I have been asked by strangers 'how old my baby son George is'...
I tell them 34 and they freak.

Not only do I talk about him but I also talk to him!!!!
We have conversations about fiber, thickness, gas...passionate conversations!
But it is habit and makes me seem like I have a split personality (which I must)...no, he does not answer me but he does burp!

While I'm not sure I want a body part with this name, I think calling mine "Rush" fits pretty nicely for obvious reasons. 
I named mine Izzy after the one on greys anatomy. Because she was stubborn and wouldn't stop talking. Mine never stops making noises and flowing. So she and I talk a lot. She gets scolded in the shower if she starts spitting.
