Stelara price to be negotiated by Medicare

Stelara (a biologic drug of interest to this group) is on the list of 10 medications that Medicare selected for its first set of price negotiations under the Inflation Reduction Act. If the lawsuits by pharmaceutical companies are unsuccessful and Medicare actually negotiates a price then it’s likely that private insurers will piggyback on the prices Medicare negotiates.
