Hi everyone,
I am looking for ways to stay hydrated. I have been drinking a lot of gatorade but it has so much sugar. I am looking for an alternative way to stay hydrated throughout the day. I know water is good but I feel that it doesn't hydrate me as well as gatorade. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I am an college lacrosse player so staying hydrated through out the day and practice is hard.
