Sore swollen Bottom

Hey guys. I have a swollen sore lump next to my anus on the right side. Its coming from the inside and I am scared something is going on with my pouch inside. Seeing a doctor in a couple days to hopefully see if he will look inside me ans see whats going on. Any of this ever happen to you guys.

Perianal abscess or hemorrhoid is my guess. Do you have any fever or other general symptoms? It probably is not a pouch problem, but sometimes perianal abscesses become fistulas and that is a problem. So it is good you are being seen soon.
