Soo many Gastros in my area do not even do Pouchoscopys!!!! Have you had this happen to you too?

Yes, well they do not usually deal with j pouch patients.  I had two prior gastroenterologists and neither of them would be able to do it.  Actually, I'd rather NOT have an inexperienced dr doing it.  Fortunately for me I'm an hour from the hospital where I had the surgery.   Even if it were further I'd travel.

Great advice! I never knew that until today unfortunately. In my opinion, pouchoscopys are waaaay easier than colonoscopys, I guess I just gotta drive the hour long drive. I would rather it be done right than a botch job.
