It usually depends on what I eat and when I eat it. Lately, I've been having my main meal at about 2 or 3 p.m with a light snack before bedtime. What a difference in my sleep pattern. Now, I only need to empty my J-pouch once during the night, if at all! What a switch from the 2-4 times I was up during the night when my biggest meal was at dinner time!
