I had the open surgery in 2004 and there was nerve damage to sexual function. Sensation has never been the same since then. This messes with the female equivalent of having a boner, which affects sexual performance greatly. It's not just a matter of having the right lube, either, unfortunately. Sexual function can be definitely be affected, regardless of gender.
Im a jack rabbit in the sack.
its all mental
Yes I had issues from impotence and I started taking Viagra which helped a lot. Tried Cialis , they worked for awhile then only gave me a half erection after my body got used to those meds. Now I take Trimix shots and have no issues with the Trimix injections. Sex life is wonderful now. Its a choice of Cancer of removal of the colon replaced with J-pouch. Not all men get these issues after surgery. But I was one of the (65% guessing) that did get impotent. It was depressing at first until I got help, but I love my J-pouch and hate only my Scar tissue issues I had over the years.
