Severe abdominal pain 3 wks post colectomy

I had an onset of severe pain from my belly button up to my chest today. Followed by vomiting. anyone have a similar experience? Wondering if it is a reaction to foods I haven't had for some time. I went to the ER and a CT showed internal fluid below my Stoma (not near the site of pain)

If the pain continues, go back to the ER? Could be an obstruction or leak/infection.

The identified issue does not have to be right next to the pain. Pain can refer far from the site of origin.
