I have been doing pretty well (considering) with my pouch-vaginal fistula/seton. In April I had an EUA, wherein I had a new seton put in, along with a thorough exam, biopsies, etc. at Cleveland Clinic. All was good (again, considering!)

Lately, I've had a few drops of bright red blood from that end appearing on my panty-liner on a fairly regular basis - not sure if it's from the seton or something else? I don't notice any blood in my BMs. I've had bleeding from the vaginal end of the seton in the past, which apparently is not an abnormal thing per my docs, but never from the pouch (anal) end.

Although nothing out of the ordinary, I've been stretching a lot with basic day-to-day activities such as gardening, deep-knee bends, etc., so maybe that's the cause?

Anyone else with a seton have bleeding from the pouch end?
