Seriously, maybe just late night paranoia

Never had this before…..Quick question.

I went to the bathroom during one of my many late night early morning trips. It was very itchy, as it is quite a bit. I wiped too hard felt a small pain sort of tear. Had a small dot of bright red blood on my tp. Is there any concern that I damaged anything or am I being paranoid ?

any advice !

Nothing to worry about. Perhaps you have a little eczema because of many bathroom trips and agressive stool. Wiping hard or often when there is itching is not a good idea, try to wipe with moist tp. Cleaning with water (like a bidet attachment for the toilet) can also help against itching.
