I had my scope Thursday and don't see the Dr until Wednesday. I am out of antibiotics and canasa. Thought I could wait until appt but I am in a lot of but pain. With it being the holiday weekend I don't know how to ease the pain. Is there anything I can do for it? I didn't know if regular hemroid cream or suppositories would work or not. I didn't want too renew my canasa because they are going to try me on cream or foam and biologicals.

Which im not sure I want to go down that road again as its so expensive. I disagree you can't have UC without a colon. Because that's what my cuffitis is. I've had it from day one with my Jpouch. The Dr said its the little cuff they left to connect still has the UC on it, but they call it cuffitis.

Anyway I'm in lots of pain and need something, I'm desperate. Got tramadol but doesn't help like the other stuff.

You guys have helped me so much on here, Thank you.

I've  had chronic cuffitis  since i got my pouch 7 years ago. I have been scoped and my pouch is perfect but the cuff is covered in ulcers. I've  tried suppositories, creams, foams and nothing worked so now I  take two tylenol three 3times a day, bentyl, cipro, flagyl, lomotil, and, Entyvio. I still have diarrhea like ten times a day. I'm  putting  off pouch advancement surgery for as long as I can.My one step surgery was hell and I'm  not ready to go through hell again.
