Right side pain- CT scan “normal”

Hmmm....radiating down your leg?  The first thing I think of is nerve damage like sciatica.

Jaypea, thank you for your response. My doctor does think it could be nerve related. I have had sciatica pain the past with a back injury but this feels different. It is in the front right pelvic side and feels like a strong cramp that won’t let up.

I had similar issues and a pelvic floor therapist really helped. All the nerves and tendons and such get shifted around in surgery and from adhesions after, and I was amazed how much pain it could cause. Similar to what you are saying, I felt like I had a pinched nerve or twisted muscle. It took a long time and still acts up, but now I know stretches and treatments and can manage it myself. I highly recommend it assuming your surgeon doesn’t think anything more serious is happening.
