Right dull pelvic pain, zero appetite

I had my takedown in 2003. Many bouts of pouchitis, on remicade. . Recently had an ovarian cyst and found to have a blocked fallopian tube. I ended up having a lot of pain. Right pelvic pain, nausea, no appetite. My GI doc sent me to the ER.. i was found to have pouchitis, given cipro. . Now a week later I'm still not eating, still have pain. The ER just wants to give me pain meds. . I'm really frustrated. Anyone have any ideas?

Are they sure you aren’t still troubled with the ovarian cyst? Those can cause a lot of pelvic pain.
