reversal incision wound healed up too fast?

hi. had my takedown 2 weeks ago today.
i was told that the incision is a dirty wound and would be closed up a bit different so that it could seep as it healed.

but now just 2 weeks after the surgery it has been closed up and healed looking for a week now.

is this too soon for it to close up? should it still be "open" or seeping?

should i worry? there is a scab that slowly gets smaller and the scar.

As long as you are not having symptoms of increasing pain, pressure, fever and the like, all is good! Some people just heal faster than others. I think we get used to things going sideways and are shocked when something goes right!

Count your blessings, but be alert just the same.
