I have had an upset stomach on and off for the past few weeks. I will have one or two days that it is upset and then it goes away again. I dont always have really bad cramps like this time round I am just nauseous. 

I take a probiotic as well as fiber every day. I dont eat gluten or dairy as it makes me ill and upsets my stomach as well.  I have been trying my best to eat healthy and the past few days I have been experimenting with healthier food as well. 

 

I have to be honest this is getting me down a bit as I dont know whats causing it or when it will go away and I hate feeling like this. If anyone has any tips please let me know.  I dont want to take immodium on a daily basis.
