Hi,
If you have time, warm sitz baths are good. Perineal bottles and portable bidets are available on Amazon and Allegro Medical, among other sites. They are inexpensive. I think I bought a pkg. of 3 bottles so I would have enough water to spray the area thoroughly. These are quick/easy to use to keep the irritated area ultra clean, the gently pat dry with soft bathroom tissue. (If tissue alone is used, some irritating residue will most likely be left.)
Creams that worked when I used to get butt burn: 1. Miconazole yeast infection cream applied topically. Generic Target brand or whatever. Even though I was dealing with butt burn issues rather than a yeast infection, this cream worked for me. 2. Years ago my gyn noticed redness down there and prescribed Nystatin/Triamcinolone cream. It worked, but the Miconazole worked faster.
