so if the pouch is full and you hold the urge to go for a while, I presume that a backlog of stool collects in the bowel above the pouch?
if that's the case, when you do come to empty the pouch, will the pouch immediately refill with the backlogged stool? and so would you expect to have empty a few times in one sitting? or should everything still come out at once?
